Returns Policy

We accept returns on most new, unopened standard stocking items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, less a 30% restocking fee. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

 Please note: Electronics, Bodywork, and Special Order items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

 Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of you handing your package to the return shipper, although they are often completed sooner. This timeframe includes the following:

•Transit time for the returned item to reach us (5 to 10 business days).

•Processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days).

•Time for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).

 

To start a return, contact us by phone or email. We will notify you once we have received and processed the returned item and your refund is issued.
