The DME Racing Carbon Fiber Aero Fender is designed to improve aerodynamics for the Suzuki Hayabusa. Our lightweight Aero Fender will help you slice through the air, resulting in higher speeds and faster times.
Hayabusa Universal – Our universal option doesn’t have the factory recessed mounting locations, allowing for custom fitment options on Hayabusa’s not utilizing the stock forks. The customer must make brackets.

- Suzuki Hayabusa Gen2 & Gen3 / 2008-2025 / Bolts directly to OEM Forks

KNOWN FITMENT COMBINATIONS
- Gen 2 Hayabusa – Our Gen1 Aero Fender can be installed on the Gen 2 using a GSX-R1000 spread with the caliper flipped around backward, installed with our Aero Brackets.
- If purchasing a fender for street riding, you will need to raise the fender. DO NOT allow the tire to rub the fender.
FINISH
- CarbonX products come in a raw finish, allowing the customers to either paint or clear coat parts to their preference.
Carbon Fiber Finish
All CarbonX products come in a raw finish to allow the customer to either paint or clear coat parts to their preference. If you do not intend to paint your piece, we recommend having a matte or gloss clear coat to protect the product from UV discoloration.
Carbon Fiber Yellowing
Carbon fibers products are not susceptible to UV damage. However, the resin used to bond carbon fibers together can be and will yellow over time.
Carbon Fiber Seams
Some Carbon fiber products will have a noticeable seam where materials meet due to multi-piece molds necessary to build strong, dependable products.
Carbon Fiber Imperfections
Slight imperfections of carbon fiber material are to be expected. Our carbon fiber products are hand-crafted one piece at a time. Imperfections such as blemishes are inevitable and do not affect their intended performance purpose.
